Executive Director of Account Services

  • Responsible for the creation and maintenance of a dynamic and healthy client relationship. As the "face"  demands not only that you service the client, but that you partner with them to develop a unique vision for their brand. To be considered  superb intra-personal skills, as well as an innate ability to recognize opportunities for growth. Successful delivery of large-scale client engagements with exceptional results will be price of entry.
  • Experience in a Web development firm, IT consulting firm, strategy consulting firm, or agency environment.
  • effectively leading and motivating large multi-disciplinary project teams.
  •  managing client P&L (which requires a comprehensive understanding of financial and operational metrics and levers.
  • experience in building strong relationships within client organizations through quality work and thought leadership.
  • experience managing people, tasks, and clients in a matrix environment.
  •  experience with process definition and the ability to define solutions that will generate measurable results for the client.

Senior Creative Director

  • You will be responsible for the management and direction of the Creative Team which includes Designers, Developers in conjunction with the Senior Management team to develop and grow the business within the Digital space.
  •  Responsible for working closely with the company’s key clients and the team providing Creative input from the ideation, conception.
  •  A background in traditional and strong understanding of Web design and development.
  • You must be able to demonstrate ability of using traditional marketing concepts in an online environment  along with excellent communication skills and expert knowledge of all parts of the creative process.
  • Location: Chicago-Minn-San Francisco

 

Senior User Experience Designer

  • As the  Experience Design Lead, you will establish, plan, implement and manage the user interface design for projects, GUI prototypes, and HTML page design.
  • You will work with the creative team to design online user experiences for the client.
  • The Design Lead will assess customer impacts, create solutions, and ensure coordination and communication of impacts to key stakeholders.
  • You will interface with internal and external vendors 
  • will be responsible for detailed documentation and regular status reporting.

Senior Flash Developer

  • Advanced knowledge of ActionScript 3, FLASH/FLEX API, and third party API’s in FLEX and FLASH (including 3D)
  • Advanced use of FLASH and streaming video/audio for web use, including compression, video edition, and production techniques.
  • Experience with dynamic animation and drag-and-drop behaviors.
  • Experience developing dynamic websites utilizing databases, server-side scripting, and client-side UI design.
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and other client side applications.
  • Experience with server-side platforms tools such as JAVA, .NET, and various dB platforms.
  • Experience in the professional services industry working directly with clients and design peers in a creative environment.
  • Experience with Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with Subversion or other code repository systems
  • Game Development experience a plus
  • Experience with Gaia Flash Framework a plus

Senior Interactive Art Director

  • Develop and frame creative concepts according to creative brief requirements
  • Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, color and other ingredients appropriately to create innovative visual solutions that meet business and user needs
  •  Visualize, design and conceptualize a user experience
  •  Create visual prototypes or screens
  •  Extend existing visual systems/brand guidelines across all mediums with moderate design changes or interpretation
  •  Develop and communicate industry-leading creative concepts
  •  Provide quality assurance of all creative deliverables
  • Contribute to the development of the Studio’s culture and quality standards
  •  Directly contribute to project design and development
  • Delegate day-to-day responsibility to other designers, writers and interactive developers
  •  Elevate the creative level of the work coming out of the Studio
  • Educate other team members, not exclusive to the Creative Studio, through project development and performance management
  • Location: NY-Los Angeles

 

Senior Interactive Writer

  •  Self starter who can generate the seed of a bright idea then bring the idea to life
  •  A creative thinker who is always on the lookout for new ways to cut through the internet clutter and an innovator who can develop content that leverages the strength of branded environments
  • Writing for the digital content group internet based content and the proven ability to take concepts into production and see them through to completion.
  •  responsible for ideating, writing and producing digital content for well known brand
  • Location: Detroit-NY

 

Head of interactive Analytics

  • Drives growth with the existing clients by collaborating with Client Engagement and presenting new ideas to clients on an ongoing basis  Contributes to new business efforts as the Analytics expert, and develops or approves cost and timing estimates for new business opportunities Engages client and client teams to evaluate the success or failure of marketing activities  and plans for course correction.

  • Lead for Analytics. Participates in the development of strategic business goals and leads the successful delivery of results against those goals.
  • Developing innovative custom analytic to audience measurement, user engagement, digital marketing effectiveness, customer segmentation, primary research, site-side analytics, CRM/eCRM, and cross-channel campaign measurement.
  • Monitors trends in digital marketing and advertising and prepared for potential changes within the sector.
  • Location: San Francisco-NY

 

 Senior Project Manager

  • Deliver on time and on budget, while maintaining a positive environment that promotes individual development.
  • He/she must have solid problem solving skills, business skills, and verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent relationship building skills,  strong leadership and team management skills. He/she must have a deep understanding of project management tools and approaches to manage complex, creative focused projects and the flexibility to lead diverse and dynamic project needs.
  • .Complete RFP’s project scoping, sizings and pricing estimates
  • Contributes to establishing project vision
  • Responsible for ensuring that all needed assets and resources are identified to successfully meet client Develop and maintain all project deliverables including project Charters, budgets, project plans, issues logs and change orders etc. .
  •  Drive project delivery through effective use of internal and client status meetings
  • .Manage and control project scope and the change control process
  • .Assure that projects complete according to schedule and within budget.
  • .Manages the project financials including weekly resource hours and overall project budget
  • Ensures that all project documentation is produced in the standard format, follows internal documentation processes and is reviewed and approved prior delivery to the client
  • Acts as the client point-of-contact for all project related issues
  • Experience Guidelines:
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Successful history of client contact including experience in setting and managing client expectations
  • Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations and run team meetings.
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, web development processes and the delivery of solutions with creative and engineering components
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution
  • At least 5-7 years of project management experience, from an interactive agency
  • Location: Detroit-Chicago
